Full Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize consists of one family of four Merlin Annual Pass.

  2. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-exchangeable.

  3. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

  4. An entry to the competition is made by subscribing (free of charge and at the latest by 5pm on the 01 October 2010) to Pass Masters online at www.student-support.co.uk/passmasters/megaprize. No purchase is necessary and people entering this Mega Prize competition do not need to be registered on a programme from The Student Support Centre.

  5. The competition is only open to those aged 18 or over in the UK (and so anybody under 18 wishing to take part will need to ensure that they have the agreement of their parent or, in the alternative, their carer aged 18 or over).

  6. The competition is not open to employees of Merlin Entertainments Group or The Student Support Centre, their subsidiaries (wherever applicable), families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the competition. 

  7. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random on 04 October 2010 and will be notified by email. Only correct & completed entries will be entered into the prize draw. 

  8. The closing date for entry is 5pm on 01 October 2010. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  9. In the event of the winner not being able to accept the prize they can (when agreed by The Student Support Centre) nominate a family member to accept on their behalf. 

  10. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and an alternative winner may be drawn at The Student Support Centre’s discretion. 

  11. Merlin Entertainments Group and/or The Student Support Centre reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. 

  12. The prize is subject to availability and change. Entry into the prize draw will constitute acceptance of these T&Cs.

  13. The Student Support Centre does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

  14. The Student Support Centre will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary.

By entering the 2010 Mega Prize draw you are agreeing to The Student Support Centre’s Pass Masters Privacy and Terms and Conditions.
