If you are using Part One or Part Two, it is important that you watch the lessons with your child. There are a number of reasons for this.

• In knowing your own child, you can make sure that they are focused on the lesson.
• By learning together, you can pause and discuss the lesson.
• Through watching the teacher, you can see the approach used to teach a topic.

Students working on Part Three may not want to study with an adult but there is no reason why you shouldn't watch the lessons anyway. Knowing what the lessons are about and how each topic is approached will help you support their learning.
